Ambient Purées

Our range of Ravifruit ambient fruit purées is made from premium quality fruits in the Drome valley, France, and offers a wide variety of flavours. Ideal for flavouring your paté de fruit and fruit ganache, as well as ice cream, desserts and patisserie, these purées are flash-pasteurised to preserve the natural qualities and characteristics of the fruits. 

Containing 90% fruit and 10% sugar, they’re 100% natural with no added colours, flavours or preservatives. They offer a 12-month shelf life from the date of manufacture and can be stored at ambient temperatures until opened.
